A year ago.....

Yes...I am actually following Shimelle's prompt today. After reading said prompt, I was intrigued to discover what WAS happening in my life a year ago.I wish I could say that I actually remembered, without having to look it up.....but given that sometimes I can't remember what I was doing yesterday, there was no chance of that happening!

When I checked my photo files, I saw that my two nieces were here for a week of their Easter Holiday. Although they are from different sides of the family(Jennifer is my brother's daughter, while Sophie is DD's brother's daughter) and there's a year between them, they get on very well, and they are very easy houseguests. They were happy to lie by the pool during the day( with the odd shopping trip) and at night just wanted to scrap!

Both girls have enjoyed raiding my stash since they were little, and both are very creative.

A SPRING LAYOUT

I made this LO  for the 'A-Z of Me' Challenge over at scrapbookchallenges. I'm at the letter 'J' and am making an 8x8 album about me, as my life is in 2011.I also used it for April's Challenge#1 at Scrap-Friendzy, which was to make a LO about growing/blooming.

Thanks for dropping by
Take care of you
Alison xx

  4. It's so fun to look back and see the changes. I purchased some new chairs this week last year and will be using them Saturday for a brunch I'm having here, so I'm saving this prompt for next week.
