Scrap-in-the-Moment Day 2

Apart from general cleaning and washing (I'm still catching up with the bedlinen from my 'houseguests', having given myself last week to 'draw breath'!), my main aim today was to get a parcel and a card posted.

All morning  I had to keep reminding myself that this was the thing I needed to do. I say this, because our village Post Office is only open between 12.15 and 1.15pm, and if you miss it you end up having to apologise continually for the late arrival of Birthday cards and gifts (because, without fail, I forget the next day too!). I now give myself a week before what I reckon is the very last posting day, to allow myself to actually get to the items posted!

I have, of course, digressed somewhat. I did actually get there today...and scrapped a LO about this salubrious building.

As the weather heats up at last (30 degrees today!), I am always pleased if I get at least one job, which involves any kind of walking during the day, done. Today I excelled myself and actually got some food shopping done too! Of course, I have also had a lovely hour in my garden  watering and deadheading, just as the sun was dipping behind my neighbour's roof, but poor Boo's evening walk is getting later by the day!

Thanks for stopping by!
Take care of you
Alison xx

  5. Thank you for visiting my blog. Most of my classes have been in person, but I also enjoy online classes. I have heard good things about classes from this site from the Paperclipping Roundtable, but I have not take any of their classes: http://www.mcssl.com/store/debbiehodge/stamping

I may sign up for their Copic Craze class. I want to try these markers :)

    Happy Scrapping (and maybe Stamping)!

  10. Okay, so maybe not everything is different in different countries! I loathe going to our Post Office because there is absolutely nowhere to park. I try to get my husband to go for me!
