In saying that, I did lose the most today and got a clap (and a lot of commiseration for being so close!) at the end!
Oh well! Onwards and upwards downwards, hopefully.
Thanks for dropping by!
Take care of you

But you did so well - and just think the 0.2 will fall off in no time!!! Keep going :)
ReplyDeletecongratulations on the weight loss
ReplyDeleteOh well done - so close and you know that next week will be brilliant!
ReplyDeleteWell done too for keeping going with your pages ... until tomorrow :D
Great layout Alison and you've done very well not only this week but for however long it has taken to make those health changes. You must feel very good :)
ReplyDeleteIt's been lovely seeing your scrp-in-the-moment pages this week! I love the sound of your weightwatchers meetings, they sound fun! Good luck for future weight loss.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!
ReplyDeleteAnd I've had a look through your in-the-moment pages and they look great! That's exactly what I'm trying to capture in my WITL journalling, but I'm giving myself as long as I want to make the pages :D
Well done on the weight loss! Little steps, we will both get there eventually! Love those papers on the weight watchers layout too.
ReplyDeleteYou are nearly there! Well done :)
ReplyDeleteI think that's a brilliant weight loss,Alison....and your group sounds delightful....what a civilised way to end the meetings!!!
ReplyDeleteYou're doing so well! Funny how that last little bit is always the slowest to go. I go to Rosemary Conley and it's affectionately known as 'Fat Club' around here - cheek! I'm at target now and supposed to be maintaining but it's one pound on one week and one pound off the next - keeps me on the straight and (hopefully) narrow!
ReplyDeleteI love the style you have used for this project and it's so interesting to see how market day and a trip to the post office is different for you. It's very much a 'cashier number five ...' queuing scenario where I live!
Congrats on the weight loss!
ReplyDeleteI love how you are using that sketch to do pics from each day. So cool!
Haha - onwards & downwards LOL...very pretty page & congrats on almost being there...lucky you...I really need to make the time to exercise - I am a hopeless dieter & even when I try nothing happens...
