Scrap-in-the-Moment Day 5

If it's Thursday, it must be Weight Watchers! I was really hoping to reach that 'magic' two stones lost today, and though I did lose 1.2kg (2 and a half pounds) there is still a measly point 2 of a kg to go!

In saying that, I did lose the most today and got a clap (and a lot of commiseration for being so close!) at the end!

Oh well! Onwards and upwards downwards, hopefully.

Thanks for dropping by!
Take care of you
Alison xx

  4. Great layout Alison and you've done very well not only this week but for however long it has taken to make those health changes. You must feel very good :)

  6. Congratulations!

And I've had a look through your in-the-moment pages and they look great! That's exactly what I'm trying to capture in my WITL journalling, but I'm giving myself as long as I want to make the pages :D

  10. You're doing so well! Funny how that last little bit is always the slowest to go. I go to Rosemary Conley and it's affectionately known as 'Fat Club' around here - cheek! I'm at target now and supposed to be maintaining but it's one pound on one week and one pound off the next - keeps me on the straight and (hopefully) narrow!
I love the style you have used for this project and it's so interesting to see how market day and a trip to the post office is different for you. It's very much a 'cashier number five ...' queuing scenario where I live!
