4x6 Photo Love

When I saw  Shimelle's  six- photo- challenge this month, I knew I wanted to use the photographs I shared in this post (the one about my dad on the horse).

Of course, my photographs were landscape and Shimelles were portrait, and I wasn't at all sure how the LO would turn out...but it's not too bad- I wouldn't say it's one of my favourites ever, but I think that may be down to my choices of paper, rather than the sketch.

I have shown the two pages separately , just for a bit of detail.

Sorry about the 'blobs' on the photos...I believe it was rain on the camera lens!

Today was Weight Watchers again.....and I lost 2LBS! After the measly amounts I've lost the last couple of weeks, that was really good news! I reckon it's down to eating salads (I can't even begin to think of cooking in this heat!) and hours in the pool( the only way I can stay cool!)

Thanks for dropping by!
Take care of you
Alison xx

  1. I like the lanscape photos Alison! Love the little riding helmet sticker!! Great news on the weight loss:)

  2. I love what yo did with this - I actually find it more pleasing to the eye than the other way around.

  4. I love the way you've changed the sketch to suit your landscape photos :) any a big well done on the weight loss - keep going with the salads!

  5. great layout with the photos and awesome on the -2!!!!

  6. First of all, CONGRATS, CONGRATS! You are doing amazing on Weight watchers. That is so great. Second, I really like the photo placement on your page, the way all 6 are in a line but offset from each other. It draws your eye from photo to photo, love that! I may have to scraplift it, LOL. Thanks so much for your sweet comments on my Sagrada Familia pages, it is definitely an amazing place. Hugs!

  7. Great layout, and well done on losing 2 pounds!

  8. Congrats on the weight loss, Alison! Love this LO. I just realized it is with pp from the June kit. Perfect for these photos!

  9. Personally I love your paper choice! I am a sucker for neutrals & love that fine print with the punching & your doily shapes - great job!

Thanks for leaving a comment....I love reading them all!
