......in blustery, freezing Central Scotland. I arrived into Glasgow Airport, gripping the sides of my seat and sending up prayers that if this was to be 'the end', that it would be quick and painless! However, our pilot very skillfully managed to get us on the ground...and much as I'm not a fan of all that clapping that goes on when the plane lands, that man deserved it last night!
So today starts the rounds of visiting friends and family ,,,and of course that entails the coffees, cake, drinks and meals that go along with it...willpower, please don't totally desert me!
I left Boo chewing on her new Christmas reindeer, and looking forward to be totally spoiled by mum and dad!
DH arrives on Friday, so we will spend a few days over the New Year here, and then we head down to NE England for a few days there.....we are actually managing to spend (almost) a week together...YAY!
There probably won't be many posts in the next ten days or so, though I'm hoping to be able to get round to checking in and seeing what everyone's up to.
Thanks for dropping by!
Take care of you
Alison xx
