This is the LO I received from HELEN
I loved the off-centre matting and the positioning of the journalling, and kept these in my take on the LO
Hop over to GINGER now to carry on with the bloghop and to see what everyone else has produced.

Love your take on the LO,Alison...and a lovely leaf embellishment.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea - I will definately take a look at all the others.
ReplyDeleteGreat how you took what inspired you and made your own!
Love your LO Alison, and seeing which elements you used from the previous LO :)
ReplyDeleteYes, winter was late in coming in the UK as well - in fact, it hasn't really got started yet, just a few spells of frost, but mostly it's a prolonged autumn this time!
ReplyDeleteThe page is so pretty. You have done as I did and used the previous page as a "scraplift" pattern. I love how you have interpreted it though and the colours you chose are warm and happy. A very nice job I think!
I like the little line of trim, just sneaking in along the bottom of the page...
Oooooooo! What fun! Looks great.
ReplyDeleteI love how you have completely changed the colours and made it your own - those leaves are so lovely!
ReplyDeleteWe are definitely going to have to do this again - making the page was fun, but seeing the others is even better :)
Pretty! Love the leaves!
ReplyDeleteGreat version of the inspiration LO. Love the colours especially
ReplyDeleteGorgeous colours you have used and the leaves are so pretty! x
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photo! Love that cluster of leaves!!!
ReplyDeletePretty photo and I love your embellishments!
ReplyDeleteIt's fascinating how your page contains so many echoes of the page before the one you saw as well! I love those soft autumn colours and your little collection of leaves.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful colours you've used, I wouldnt have thought they'd go together if I saw them individually but they so work!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful colors and embellishments Alison!!! This hop is so fun I hope I can play along some other time! :)
ReplyDeleteLove this idea Alison! I will have to go check out the intial and final layouts. I love your take on it. The colors are perfect. I would never have thought to pick out the pink and that splash of purple is great! Love that photo.
ReplyDeleteI like how the leaf picks up the colour in your photo. Lovely page.
ReplyDeleteThis is really lovely Alison! I can actually start to see how it morphed into what I produced a few hops along. This has been great fun hasn't it?!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Alison - I can totally see what you took from Helen's and passed along (via Ginger) to me ... funny how I used swirls too even though I never saw your page!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great take on this layout
ReplyDeleteGreat job on this - your colors are so rich and warm!
ReplyDeleteI love the colours that you've chosen - so pretty and they suit your photo perfectly. The metal flower and leaves are stunning :)

ReplyDeletethis is really pretty and I love the little leaf cluster to tie in with your journalling
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful photo and I love the texture of those leaves. A very autumnal feel, even if not quite the traditional colours you'd expect.
ReplyDeleteThis has been a very interesting journey!

Love your take on her layout and I would never even thought of your color choices and they are beautiful. I need to take the time to scrap some "gratitude" pages like this.
