At Last...a Butterfly!!

About six weeks ago, the lovely DEB over at PAPERTURTLE posted about 'The Butterfly Project' in memory of the 1.5 MILLION  (yes... MILLION!) children who were killed in the Holocaust. The Holocaust Museum in Houston TX is trying to collect 1.5 million butterflies in those children's memory, and Deb has asked her blogger friends to help her collect 51 butterflies to send to the museum.


I decided to make mine from vellum, using my fledgling Pergamano skills..and it is now ready to be posted off to Deb

    I am not familiar with the Pergamano technique (will look it up after this) but the result is STUNNING!!! Beautiful! It would look gorgeous on a page. I am going to check out the link for this wonderful project :)
