SCAVENGER HUNT UPDATE

Before I went MIA last week, I had managed to get a few more pics for RINDA'S  Scavenger Hunt.....in fact I now have all but one...and have to confess to looking for a heart-shaped stone!

NUMBER 2O - A swing hanging from a tree (or a hammock)......I know I already posted what I thought would be my best bet HERE, but would you believe that on popping in to a Garden Centre in a nearby town I came across these!

NUMBER 14-A person playing with a ball....I came across this group playing Beach Volleyball- I have to say I was really surprised, as it was an incredibly hot day!

NUMBER 2 - A clothesline....I've had this one for ages, but had hoped to find something a bit more interesting on my travels- needless to say I didn't!

NUMBER13-A Library....an actual Public Library I have really struggled with, so I have done a bit of cheating 'thinking outside the box' and have come up with this.....

...part (a very small part!) of Craig's DVD library!

By my calculations that only leaves a pier...and I reckon that in reality the pier is going to look remarkably like a heart-shaped stone!

I really have had fun again this year....Rinda has intimated that she intends running the Scavenger Hunt again next year- if you didn't join this time, why not pencil it in for some  Summer fun in 2013?!

Thanks for dropping by!
Take care of you
Alison xx

  5. love your last scavenger hunt photographs! I think doing this would be fun; I'll keep it in mind for next summer! (Isn't it interesting, which things we see- or don't see- on a regular basis, though? I travel to my local public library at least once a week, but I can't remember ever seeing a hammock, besides on television, that is-- lol!)

  9. Oh, that volleyball picture brings me back to Barcelona (in a good way). Love the hammocks, too. I can't believe there's not a pier at the beach, but it will be great to see your heart shaped stone.

  11. It sounds like this scavenger hunt has added to the anticipation of every trip outside the house in "what will I find today?" kind of way. It's been fun following along.

  13. What a fun collection of photographs and that hammock... what an amazing find in your garden centre. When I first saw the picture before the writing, I thought you had jetted off to Bali! Isn't there a diving board at your poolside? That would be a sort of pier wouldn't it? Just a thought. x

  20. LOVE the hammock photo, Alison!! And the Volleyball pic - jealous of the weather!! ;)

I'm still trying to get the last 3 photos done, not sure how I'll manage the hammock/swing, but may just have to think "outside the box" again.

Do you know if Rinda is doing a Photo Scavenger Hunt for Winter/Christmas?
