LOOKING UP AND DOWN

It's time to join up with my friend HELENA- along with some other bloggers inspired by her weekly meme, and look up and down!

LOOKING UP

I think I may have mentioned this Pomegranate tree before...I pass it most days when walking Boo, but  had never realised that it has such vivid orange flowers on it at this time of year - the dark 'shell' is an unpicked pomegranate.

LOOKING DOWN

I couldn't believe it when I noticed these beautiful blue flowers growing by the roadside...not only because of the intense shade of blue...but also because it is a plant I'm always hauling out, as I count it as a weed!...maybe I'll be leaving them alone next time I find them in the garden!!

Talking of photographs, it's time for RINDA'S SUMMER SCAVENGER HUNT....it has become a much-loved summer tradition amongst us bloggers!!! Check HERE  for details....I'm hoping to get started this weekend! Thanks for organising it again Rinda.

Thanks for dropping by!
Take care of you
Alison xx

  1. Oh yes I'd leave it, how pretty. Mind you I know they say love in the mist is a weed, I'd love to grow it and it never takes for me :)
