GOT ME AN ANGEL!!!

Just when I'd given up hope, there she was......

.....just standing there, waiting for me.....in my neighbour's garden!

I popped along to show her the results of yesterday's pedicure (which I shall share with you soon- I have marbled toenails!) and as I walked in to her garden I spotted this little statue. My neighbour couldn't quite understand my excitement, but was very happy to have been able to help!

I also have as-close-to-a-hammock as I reckon I'm going to get

I'm hoping it qualifies Rinda?!...if not, I'm off looking for a heart-shaped stone! It IS suspended from the hanger on one side, though I realise that technically it should be both sides.

I await your judgement ;)

Thanks for dropping by!
Take care of you
Alison xx

  6. Oh, I love your angel photo, Alison. When I read your post caption I thought, "Of COURSE you've got yourself an angel...in fact, you have many!" ;o)

We had a terrible wind storm come through last night and it knocked my little garden angel off the wall and she broke in half. :o\ Time for a little angel shopping...

  8. Love the story of the angel. So, so close all that time! lol A hammock is going to be a harder find I think if the one you captured doesn't count. Although our neighbors have one in their backyard.

  19. It looks like a very nice hammock ... one in which you won't end up on the ground everytime you go to get up! For once, I am actually looking forward to a bit of summer. Hammocks, garden statues ... ahhhhhh, lovely!

  24. What a lovely little angel - you've given me an idea. Think we're off to check out the garden centres today. I've checked all the churches and cemetaries in the area so..... Oh that hammock looks so much more comfortable than ours. Speaking of which off to put it together.
