IT'S IN THE MAIL!

Environmentally friendly?....I think not!

This calender I ordered from Amazon (I like nice calenders and they are impossible to get here!) arrived in this huge box filled with paper...Kirsty was certain there must be more in the box, but no..this was it!

On the subject of mail, can I just say 'Thank You' for the Christmas Cards received from my lovely bloggy friends...

......as well as to the lovely and talented MITRA, who altered this little tin and sent it to me with a delicious peanut butter Santa inside...it looked really pretty nestled in my Christmas tree!

Lastly, thanks to SUSANNE  for this little package

I've said it before, and I'll say it again.....aren't bloggers and scrappers the loveliest people!!?

I'll see you on Sunday for STORYTELLING SUNDAY...PICK YOUR PRECIOUS over at SIAN'S place!

Thanks for dropping by!
Take care of you
Alison xx

  2. Thats a mad amount of packaging! You'd think in the current financial & environmental climate they'd want to save themselves a bit of money (& the world) by sending it in an envelope.

You're totally right, nearly all the bloggers & scrappers I've communicated with have been wonderful, generous, kind hearted people.

  4. Haha - I see Donny and Marie right there amongst the other lovely cards. :o) This reminds me that I still need to pick up a calendar. We usually get free ones in the mail, or someone gives them as Christmas gifts but none of that happened this time around! I can probably find one on sale at this point...
