LOOKING UP AND DOWN

At the beginning of the week when I went to the town where our Bank is, I discovered that it was Fiesta time...which was actually a nuisance as the car park was closed as it was being used in the evenings for entertainment, so I had to go hunting for a parking space .....but I digress!
