LOOKING UP AND DOWN

After last week's preparations for our very successful MAY FAYRE, this week it's all about catching up with household chores...hence the reason for these pictures for HELENA'S weekly photographic meme:

LOOKING DOWN

preparing to iron...I MAY have mentioned it's my LEAST favourite job!!

I'm afraid to say that household chores are just the same, whether you live in the sun or not!

Thanks for dropping by!
Take care of you

  1. What a wonderfully warm and breezy feel! Ironing might not feel so much of a chore? Though over here I am liking ironing because it helps to keep me warm!

  2. Oh I like that first snapshot, but that second one is a painful reminder of the overflowing basket in my closet that needs ironing. Perhaps I should get off the computer and iron for a while. Perhaps, not!

  12. It's one of my least favorite chores, too, so I rarely ever iron. The local cleaners is right down the road & they do a great job! :>)

  13. Chores, it seems are the same the world over. Lovely to see washing on the line. I'm hoping the sun stays out up here long enough for me to get mine out this weekend :0)

  14. The photo of the wash out to dry is gorgeous--and the smell of sundried laundry is a pleasure in and of itself. As for the ironing, my prescription is to iron your way through a good movie--you'll enjoy the flick and have the satisfaction of finished ironing at the same time.
