I've spent a fair bit of time in the garden this last week or so, while the temperatures were a bit cooler...in saying that said temperatures have risen again in the last day or so...35 degrees C today!
LOOKING UP
.... a caterpillar - chewed rose bush!
LOOKING DOWN
.....at one of the culprits!!
Hope your roses are caterpillar-free and that you're having a good week!
Thanks for dropping by!
take care of you
Alison xx
Your up and down shots brought a smile to my face :) xx
ReplyDeleteWell, our rose bushes are caterpillar free, but I wish I could say the same for my basil plant. Fun up/downs today! :o)
ReplyDeleteNice, fun shots. Can I please have some of your weather, pretty please x
ReplyDeletewow the size of that caterpillar. Over the summer I had a big greenfly presence on my roses but the rain sends them away
ReplyDeleteWhat a clever pairing, Alison, and well spotted! I daren't tell you how much I envy you those temperatures ...
ReplyDeleteThat certainly is a juicy specimen! I've just come in from picking up our brown, autumn fallen leaves here
ReplyDeleteHa! A fun pair of shots Alison :o) We've had some blue skies this week but nothing to touch those temps! Lucky you.
ReplyDeleteHa ha what a great pair this time Alison. Send me some of that blue sky?
ReplyDeleteit's too flippin cold here for caterpillars at the moment Alison x great photos x
ReplyDeleteewww. Not a fan of the old caterpillar! I can't believe how warm it is with you. Here in the North of England it is getting pretty cold and Autumnal.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a juicy meal for them
ReplyDeleteGood going getting those pictures but I can't say I'm a fan of the second one - only because of the caterpillar. :) The weather is just so unpredictable. The other day we woke up to -3C temps and today it's +18.
