ME ON MONDAY

I KNOW it's October, I KNOW it's early but it's me we're talking about here..... so this morning saw me doing THIS on my IPad:

The album is 'ON THIS WINTER'S NIGHT' by LADY ANTEBELLUM ....well worth downloading or buying the CD

The weekend?....there was a fun Quiz Night, a funeral, a Village Street Fair (in which the Charity was involved) in aid of Breast Cancer  and a meal out with friends.......mixed, eh?

Waving at SIAN  and the other 'Monday Wavers' and wishing you all a good week.

Thanks for dropping by!
Take care of you
Alison xx

  2. I wish we had quiz nights around here!
I'm just setting up for Halloween (Oct. 31). No need to rush Christmas.

  3. a *little* early for me. Hallowe'en and Bonfire night before I start thinking about Christmas and, like Ruth, no Christmas CDs 'til December. Have a great week.

  4. I can't think about Christmas until after Thanksgiving. But as of Black Friday, it is full on! And gone by January 1st.

  5. I find I am 'getting into' Christmas earlier and earlier just because it is over so quickly but I do like to get bonfire night out of the way first :)

  7. I think you are worse than me when it comes to looking forward to Christmas!

Yes..certainly sounds like a mixed bag of emotions there. I hope there's something nice coming your way this week

  9. I will sing Christmas carols all year because they are the only songs I know all the words too (lol). Thanks for the CD recommendation & like most everyone else I'll wait until December 1st to play. Hope you have a great week ahead.

  10. No Christmas music or movies for that matter here till late November - the Toronto Santa Claus parade seems to be the marker we set for that. :) Your weekend definitely sounds like a very mixed bag both in things going on and emotions. Have a nice week.

  11. I'm in denial that October is almost over - so no Christmas tunes for me, although hubby is starting choir practice for the Christmas breakfast this evening. It's all coming too fast.

  14. I seem to remember from last year how you love Christmas music? Good to find something new too? That sounds like a very sociable weekend, and I hope the charity is doing well.
