ZOOMING OUT
I've been starting to tidy up the garden this week...cutting back and getting rid of older plants which aren't looking so good any more...and I bought this little selection to replace some of the them:
ZOOMING IN
I particularly love the markings on this little viola!
My mum was just bemoaning the fact that it's too cold over there to contemplate any gardening....yet again I am reminded of how lucky I am to live in this little corner of our planet!
Hope the weather allows you to do something outdoors this weekend
Thanks for dropping by!
Take care of you

A perfect spot of colour for an exceedingly dreich January evening in London.
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful flowers and a great angle - looks as if summer is here already! We are submerged in gloom here, so this has been a welcome eyeful :).
ReplyDeleteLovely to get a glimpse of sunshine and flowers. It's been dark all day here and wet and wild this evening. Not looking good for the weekend!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely spot of sunshine and colour in this dark and gloomy evening.
ReplyDeletelovely cheery blooms - I'm tempted by all the summer bulbs in the shops at the moment but agree with your Mum that it is to cold to contemplate working in my garden
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely splash of sunshine. Yes, not only is it too cold: we have had our garden furniture stacked up in the hall for weeks because it's too windy to have it outside
ReplyDeleteyou are so lucky..it's still raining loads here. Lovely photos x
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo of your flower! Love it!
ReplyDeleteLove your cheery little pansies x
ReplyDeleteI love the little old man faces on pansies etc - like crowds of people :-) Most things are being washed away here, let alone seeing any sun :-(
ReplyDeleteCheery little faced flowers aren't they. It's so grey and damp and drab here - thanks for a ray of sunshine :-)
ReplyDeleteSnow (snow!) outside my window today, so I really enjoyed the peek at these beautiful spring-y flowers! Makes me smile.
ReplyDeleteLovely pictures, I can't wait to get out and do something in the garden :) xx
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful pair. I need to get out and clear out the garden boxes. It will be planting time here before I know it. The plum tree is already starting to blossom!
