Delicious homemade vegetable crisps...parsnips and Beetroot...thinly sliced, dried, salted and roasted in the oven....slightly burnt , but yummy!
Slightly belatedly (!) linking up with ABI at CREATING PAPER DREAMS.
Thanks for dropping by!
Take care of you
Alison xx
I think I need to try making these!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure about the combination--I have a lifelong "hate" relationship with beets, but I'm old enough to admit that I might have to rethink the beet thing. My preferences notwithstanding...I hope you enjoyed your snack. It looks very appealing.
ReplyDeleteYummy snack!
ReplyDeleteYum, those sound good!
ReplyDeleteParsnip crisps are delicious. They are a great approximation of one of our favourite flavours here - Tayto Chees and Onion
ReplyDeleteBeetroot ones for me please! Great 20
ReplyDeleteThey look great, I might give them a try xx
ReplyDeleteThat's sounds an interesting combination ~ may have to try them out.
ReplyDeleteI will have to try this - they are so expensive to buy! You've put together a great photo, a caption and a recipe all in one :).
ReplyDeleteI've never tried parsnips or beetroot. I must look for some the next time I'm at the Asian market near my office. They have all sorts of interesting produce there! Yours looks yummy!
ReplyDeleteWe bought a crisp maker a couple of years ago... never used it but we have used the mandolin to make great dauphinoise!
ReplyDeleteThey look delicious.
ReplyDeleteYum. I prefer parsnip and beetroot crisps to potato ones x
