    That book's been on my "to read" list for ages as well! I've enjoyed seeing your blocks pop up on IG :o) I know I shouldn't have favourites...but...that margarita is pretty awesome!

    Love the squares. i agree The Memory Keeper's Daughter is well written although at times it was personally a hard read for me.

    :o) Sounds like a pretty fun week! I'm so glad you liked your margarita quilt square - it's so much fun to see the other blocks and how the colors compliment each other. And those blossoms?!?!     It does look like it was a good week--the quilt blocks are gorgeous. There's such a lot of inspiration here--I'll have to check out the book you mention. Congrats, too, on the weight loss--that 5K probably helped. I have to settle down & get serious about my own weight loss/fitness goals for the year. It seems like I keep losing and then gaining the same 2 pounds in one week cycles.
