  3. That book's been on my "to read" list for ages as well! I've enjoyed seeing your blocks pop up on IG :o) I know I shouldn't have favourites...but...that margarita is pretty awesome!

  13. :o) Sounds like a pretty fun week! I'm so glad you liked your margarita quilt square - it's so much fun to see the other blocks and how the colors compliment each other. And those blossoms?!?! LOVE them! We're heading to California next month and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the almond orchards will be in bloom. Have a great week, sweet friend! xo

  21. It does look like it was a good week--the quilt blocks are gorgeous. There's such a lot of inspiration here--I'll have to check out the book you mention. Congrats, too, on the weight loss--that 5K probably helped. I have to settle down & get serious about my own weight loss/fitness goals for the year. It seems like I keep losing and then gaining the same 2 pounds in one week cycles.
