Ten on the Tenth

Much as I'm enjoying catching up with family and friends whilst here in the UK, my mind has started to wander to next Monday, when I get on that plane and go home to Spain!

Here are my Ten reasons for looking forward to going home (in no particular order):

 1. To get away from the cold, wet weather.
 2. To get back to the sun and heat....even if I do have to spend most of the next few weeks indoors, out of it!
3.To get back into my own bed...there's never another like your own!
 4. To see our little dog, Boo..I forget how much I miss her when I'm away.
5.To see how my garden is looking.
6.To have coffee from my NESPRESSO machine!
7.To get back into the swimming pool ......believe it or not I'm missing the exercise!!!!!
8.To get back to eating normally...far too many temptations over here!
9.To get back to wearing my sarong, instead of layers !
10.To get back to SCRAPBOOKING...am having bad withdrawal symptoms now!!!

This is the picture I have as my screensaver on my laptop, which is very different to what I am looking out the window at , right at this moment!

Take care of you

  1. Vacations are so fun, but I do know how nice it is to be back and surrounded by the comforts of home.

~sigh~ Every month I say I'm going to do the 10 on the 10th and every month it slips up on me!
