HELLO MONDAY

A new week ahead, and I'm saying:

HELLO to a trip to the airport, as Craig heads off again :(

HELLO to lots of reading, thanks to the broken toe...I'm very bored with said toe already!

HELLO to deciding to abandon LSNED...to be honest it never really got off the ground for me

HELLO to making a final decision about  how (and where) we will spend Christmas this year..I realise that it may seem a little early to many of you, but flights have to be booked and little dogs arranged to be looked after!

HELLO to starting the Christmas Present list.....I am heading to Scotland in October, and am hoping to get the bulk of the UK contingent's presents bought while there

HELLO to the last week of the Summer Scavenger Hunt :(  one item to find (a pier), but I think it will be a heart shaped rock (which I have yet to find) taking its place

TEN THINGS I'M SAYING 'HELLO' TO

This Monday being the 10th of September, I am joining in with SHIMELLE'S TEN THINGS and saying:

HELLO to all my friends out there, after having been MIA for a week..having used the visit from 'the girls' as a little holiday for myself!

HELLO to getting used to the quiet again as the girls head home today

HELLO to Craig arriving on Friday

HELLO to catching up with lots of blog-reading

HELLO to hobbling around for a few days...I managed to break the little toe on my left foot on Saturday....painful, but a nuisance more than anything!

HELLO to missing the first day back at Keep Fit tomorrow...due to said toe!

HELLO to getting back to eating properly, after having eaten (and drunk) far too much over the last week

HELLO to trying to catch up with LSNED

HELLO to getting some scrapping done

HELLO to starting to think about Christmas...maybe not actually DOING anything about it yet, but  certainly to start making a few tentative plans.

HELLO MONDAY!

This week I'm saying 

HELLO to Craig's Birthday on Tuesday...and to the first time we won't be together to celebrate it :(

HELLO to two of THE GIRLS arriving today...two  is better than none, but we'll miss Morag and Anna!

HELLO to getting my car fixed..yes the battery has decided to die on me, just as I need it to go and pick said girls up....we have a contingency plan if it can't be fixed first thing tomorrow!

HELLO to a week of catching up, laughter, not much dieting..and a few cocktails thrown in for good measure!

HELLO to much more pleasant temps..the intense heat has abated and life is returning to normal!

HELLO to LSNED..yes , I've decided to take part but have no  idea yet as to how I will present it..I'm keeping my thoughts in a notebook for the moment.


HELLO to 'Passing the Book'........

...to Jemma from JUST JIMJAMS!... I have your address Jemma, but it will probably be later in the week before I get it in the post. I'll let you know when it's on its way.
